Within 90 days of the service completion if the parts we have repaired show any quality issues apart from physical and liquid damage, we will repair the problem under the warranty first. If you (Customer) are still not satisfied we can fully refund you the invoiced amount and retrieve the parts we have supplied.

Terms & Conditions

  1. All repairs will void the manufacturer’s original 12 months warranty and water proof function.
  2. Any original part(s) replaced will be disposed after the repair and cannot be retrieved.
  3. The 90 days warranty provided is only for the repaired part. But not including liquid or physical damage (e.g. screen crack, LCD crack, and other faulty issues or damage as a result of housing deformation (e.g. screen pop-out or crack)). We accept no responsibility for any other existing problems or other upcoming issues.
  4. Warranty repair will only be undertaken if the original tax invoice/receipt is provided as the proof of purchase, and the device IMEI or Serial Number matches the service record.
